First hour: cheese & fruit display, selection of three hand passed hors d'oeuvres: Reuben fritters, deviled eggs, brushetta, spring rolls, mac & curly's, jerk chicken satay. Second hour: tossed salad with two dressings, chef carved jerk pork sandwiches, fresh rolls, jerk Mayo & mango chutney, chef carved turkey breast, Dijon mustard, cranberry Mayonnaise. Third hour: displayed dessert platters (select three of curly's famous desserts), coffee bar
